SkySchool's first Female Student: Kim Vande Velde

In April Kim Vande Velde sat a Paramotoring course in Spain and became the first female pilot SkySchool has taught to Paramotor. After playing a key role helping organise and run the SkyCar Expedition in January and February 2009 Kim set her sights on becoming SkySchool's first female Paramotor pilot with the aim of one day becoming the world's first female SkyCar pilot. During the course she quickly developed the necessary skills to control the Parajet and wing, proving that Paramotoring is not just for men. To date she has logged over 75 minutes air time over 4 seperate flights, not bad by anyone's standards! From all the team at SkySchool we would like to wish Kim many congratulations for this fantastic effort.
